Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Facebook Meta Ads strategy, aligning with the company’s overall marketing objectives and ensuring our brand stays ahead of the competition.
Campaign Architecture:
Conceptualize, plan, and implement multi-tiered Facebook Meta Ads campaigns to cater to various customer segments, from prospecting to retargeting.
Advanced Audience Targeting:
Utilize sophisticated audience research techniques to identify and target niche audiences, leveraging Lookalike and Custom Audiences to expand reach and relevance.
Innovative Ad Creatives:
Collaborate closely with the creative team to design compelling and highly engaging ad visuals, ad copy, and interactive formats that resonate with our discerning audience.
Budget Optimization:
Develop a data-driven budget allocation strategy to maximize ROI, consistently optimizing campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources.
Testing and Experimentation:
Implement a rigorous A/B testing framework to iterate and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages, driving continuous improvement in performance.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Employ advanced analytics tools to extract actionable insights from complex data sets, identifying trends, user behavior, and market opportunities.
Cross-Platform Integration:
Collaborate with our performance marketing team to integrate Facebook Meta Ads campaigns with other advertising channels, creating a cohesive and synchronized marketing approach.
Competitive Research:
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor strategies to stay ahead of market trends, providing recommendations for strategic adjustments.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
Remain at the forefront of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging opportunities in Facebook Meta Ads and the e-commerce industry.
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in managing advanced Facebook Meta Ads campaigns, with a significant focus on the fashion and apparel niche.
Exceptional ROAS Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve exceptional ROAS growth, with a proven track record of increasing ROAS from 0% to 600% or higher.
Analytical Mastery: Strong proficiency in data analysis and experience with advanced analytics tools, deriving valuable insights to drive data-backed decisions.
Innovative Mindset: A creative thinker with the ability to conceive and implement groundbreaking advertising approaches, breaking through the noise to captivate audiences.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving collaboration and cross-functional cooperation.
Performance Optimization: Expert knowledge of Facebook’s advertising tools, including Meta Ads, Ad Manager, Pixel tracking, and experience with campaign optimization for maximum impact.
Strategic Visionary: A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and present a long-term vision for the success of Facebook Meta Ads initiatives.
