We are an online fashion company experiencing growth and we’re looking to expand our team. We’re looking for a highly qualified, organised, and resourceful Paid Advertising Manager to join us in our journey. This is a full-time position that will be office-based. The ideal candidate should have passion and a can-do attitude to everything they do. The ideal candidate would be data-driven and completely capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks across multiple fashion brands.It is essential the candidate would be experienced in scheduling & managing all social media posts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter, creating daily reactive content for each social channel, building and improving social channels, Analysing competitor activities. Managing KPI’s and working on daily paid media for different campaigns.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience working in Paid Social roles and social media management. Ideally within an eCommerce environment

Passion for digital marketing alongside a basic understanding of (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing)

A strong interest in both fashion and culture

Proficiency in the use of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software to organise and analyse data

Proactive mindset along with a can-do attitude

Educated to a degree level or equivalent in Social Media Management / Marketing Communications

Experience with copywriting

Able to work autonomously

Must be a team player

Creative outlook

Roles and Responsibilities

Work across multiple media and PPC channels including TikTok, Facebook / Instagram, and Google Ads for multiple brands with a range of budgets and requirements

Creation & on-going optimisation of campaigns to meet KPI’s

Daily monitoring of spend, bids and scaling and optimize

Identifying key areas of opportunity & improvement within accounts & working with the full team to support strategy creation

Researching & keeping up to date with the latest products to market ideas & being proactive in discussing & implementing new innovative ideas with the team

Undertaking research to find any missed opportunities within advertising accounts and undertaking them

Can implement pixels and pixel events, set up custom audiences, LLA audiences, and apply the right creatives and targeting to extract ROI from those segments

Understand all paid channel performance metrics and can analyse data in order to assess the performance of a campaign and problem solve where necessary

Hold a good understanding of Sales Psychology and Copywriting

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Possess an analytical mindset that has experience tracking and working towards KPIs

Work closely with graphic designer and brand consultant to produce original content

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media and marketing trends and digital technologies and implement where appropriate

Summary

In this role, you’ll handle paid media campaigns on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they are optimised at all times and meet agreed KPIs which may also include scaling plans. Additionally, to this you will be expected to work with the teams to help direct and monitor strategies and implement new adjustments with ad creative, copy, bidding etc. You will be expected to handle your time efficiently and with the direction of your line manager. You will be expected to be on time and attend meetings daily (if required), follow all company policies and processes, complete and expand on all KPIs set and complete all required documents within the timeframe required.

Salary: Rs175,000.00 – Rs220,000.00 per month
